Rising Star Singing Reality Show Starting on 4 th February

The introduction of TV show Rising Star:

'Rising Star' is a singing reality show that will be broadcasted on Colors TV channel from 4 February 2017. This singing competition show is really motivating for new and emerging singers. Here the best singer is selected in a unique and new way which is based on the format of the show. The show was based on the international franchise series 'Rising Star singing competition. It has already been organized in several countries such as USA, Russia, Israel, Argentina, Indonesia, etc. and is now finally coming to India. This is for the first time that the viewers will watch a reality show Live. The Judges of this show are Punjabi singer Diljit Dosanjh, famous Bollywood singer Shankar Mahadevan, and Monali Thakur.

Eligibility: To participate in this singing competition the minimum age required at the time of registration is 6 years.

‘Rising Star’ show starts on 4 February 2017:

Rising Star 2017 Singing Reality Show will be aired on Colors TV channel from 4 February 2017 using auditions of the singer contestants. Rising Star 2017 is a live singing reality show in which he or she should be of minimum six years of age to participate. For age proof, the photocopy of any one of the documents Birth Certificate / Passport/Driving Licence / School Leaving Certificate / Pan Card / School Leaving Certificate is necessary to be submitted.The types of performers allowed are Solo, Duet, Trio or Group Act. The Participants are supposed to make their own travel and lodging arrangements. If the participant is a minor than he or she should be accompanied by parents or guardian. Rising Star Auditions are done in the following Cities –

Delhi, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Bangalore, Jammu, Amritsar, Ludhiana, Chandigarh, Lucknow, Varanasi, Gangtok, Guwahati, Shillong, Raipur, Bhuwneshwar, Kolkata, Jabalpur, Nagpur, Bhopal, Indore, Vadodara, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Ranchi, and Jamshedpur.
